Are chocolates made fresh or stocked items? TOP
We make all of our chocolates fresh when your payment is received. We do not keep chocolates in stock so when you receive our chocolates you know they are fresh.
Please allow time to make and ship your items. We try to ship your chocolates within 24-48 hours of receiving payment but larger quanties will take longer. Please email us if you need your chocolates ASAP, we will try to accompany you. How are chocolates shipped? TOP
We ship all chocolates priority mail or express mail. We take every step to see that your chocolates arrive to you in perfect condition. As with anything some breakage may occur. We usually add one or two extra pieces of chocolates just in case.
Chocolates are packed in peanuts for shipping. During the warm months, we add ice packs and ship in insulated boxes. We do charge a $5.00 fee for this service.
You will receive an email that your chocolates have been shipped. We ask that you be home or make arrangments for chocolates to be picked up so they do not sit outside on the porch or stoop. We do give a delivery confirmation on all items so we know when the package was delivered, this helps you and us. What brand of chocolate is used? TOP
We use only Merckens chocolate. This is top-quality chocolate without the expensive price. Merckens chocolate has a very delicious, melt in your mouth taste. Are chocolates made in a facility with nuts or dairy? TOP
Yes, our chocolates are made in a facility were peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, milk and egg products are present as well as the ingredients we use to create our creations.
What methods of payments do you accept? TOP
At this time you can pay through Paypal with your credit card or echeck. You do no have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. You are welcome to call our store at 803-732-3808 after 4 Monday-Friday or 10-4 on Saturday and we will be happy to take your payment information.
Just note your items will not ship until payments have cleared. Do you combine shipping? TOP
Yes, we will combine shipping. Just email us after you have finished shopping and let us know do combine shipping. How long does it take for items to ship? TOP
We ship items within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.
Chocolates are ONLY shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via priority mail or Express.
If you need your items to ship immediately please email us and we will try to accompany your request. Chocolates are made to order so please allow time for your order to be made. Can I pick up my order at your store? TOP
Yes! You can even call ahead and we can have your order waiting for you.
You can place your chocolate order on line or call us and we will have your chocolates ready for your event. Again please allow time for your chocolates to be made--we make chocolates after payment is received.
We do keep a small quanity of pre-made chocolate lollipops and pretzels in our store for last minute favors. Where are you located? TOP

Do you sell wholesale? TOP
We can offer wholesale pricing on bulk items such as rings, wafer paper, cookie cutters, dusts, glitters, molds, chocolate, lollipop sticks, bags, ....just email us and tell us what you are interested in and we will happy to help you. How is chocolate shipped in the warm months? TOP
We strongly recommend using our insulated box and ice packs during warm weather months, which is usually April through September. We do charge $6.00 for the box and ice packs that are reusable. If you want this option please let us know so we can charge you accordingly. Do you charge sales tax? TOP
Yes, we do charge sales tax to all orders purchased in South Carolina. |
